I can honestly say that we had the best gourmet burgers in France.The dessert of crème brûlée was also delicious.
The staff are attentive and made us feel welcomed.There was an issue in the Saubusse area with credit card payments and we had no cash .They kindly served us and were happy for us to return the next day .Luckily by the end of the night the card reader was working .
We will definitely be returning on our trip next year.They also are busy supplying takeaways.
Our bill including 3 beers and 2 wines a dessert to share and coffee was around € 56 ,a bargain- Parking

Heerlijk geluncht! Dagmenu genomen. Keuze uit 3 verschillende gerechten. Als was perfect en voor het geld dat wij moesten betalen kun je in Nederland nog niet eens Utrecht bij een snackbar. 3 gangen, 2 glazen wijn, een toetje en koffie toe voor 26 euro per persoon. Bediening met aandacht voor de klant. Als je er langs komt zeker doen!

It was perfect, and for the price we paid, you can't even find a snack bar in Utrecht in the Netherlands. Three courses, two glasses of wine, dessert, and coffee for €26 per person. Cuisine familiale et savoureuse 😋, et en plus les portions sont généreuses ! Le tout est mitonné avec des produits frais, de saison. Accueil chaleureux et très agréable. A noter la salle du restaurant avec sa déco très réussie, cosy et moderne. En résumé, voilà une adresse idéale pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis 👌

Accueil et ambiance chaleureuse. Ce qu'on a dans l'assiette est juste tout simplement bon en son cœur. J'ai mangé une soupe de légume qui m'a ramené à celle de ma grand mère, tout simplement délicieux.
Alors oui selon votre heure d'arrivée le service peut être plus long que dans un restaurant ou ce n'est que du réchauffé industriel, mais c'est la petite contrainte pour la satisfaction de manger de l'authentique.Traduction

What you get on your plate is simply good at its core. I ate a vegetable soup that reminded me of my grandmother's, simply delicious. So yes, depending on your arrival time, the service can take longer than in a restaurant where it's just reheated industrial food, but that's a small drawback for the satisfaction of eating authentic food.

Quelle belle surprise pour cet arrêt imprévu à Saubusse! Tout d'abord accueil chaleureux. Puis de l'entrée au dessert c'était un sans fautes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vos papilles vous en remercieront. Et pour finir, le menu est on ne peut plus abordable. Merci à l'équipe pour ces saveurs!

Super endroit avec un repas le midi à 16.5 euros. Que du frais et fait maison service plus qu agréable. Deux entrées au choix Deux plats et une multitude de desserts avec des fraises délicieuses et chantilly servi avec générosité. Grand choix de vins. Belle terrasse proche de l Adour. C est devenu une adresse incontournable lorsque je suis vers la cote. 4 ou 5 passages, jamais déçue. Que du bonheur.
